Rob Belcore
Founder & Managing Partner
Rob Belcore is the Founder and Managing Partner of Belcorp Holdings, where he leads investment strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio oversight across the Daedalus Funds platform.
An entrepreneur, operator, and investor, Rob founded RSA America and built the company into a leading retail technology platform serving hundreds of retail organizations and consumer brands across thousands of retail locations. Under his leadership, RSA America developed innovative solutions that helped retailers and brands leverage first-party data, strengthen customer loyalty, accelerate revenue growth, and improve marketing effectiveness at scale.
Drawing upon his experience as both a founder and operator, Rob focuses on identifying businesses with strong leadership, scalable operating models, and durable competitive advantages. His investment philosophy centers on disciplined capital allocation, active stewardship, alignment of interests, and long-term partnership.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, he was a four-year starter, team captain, and All-Ivy League selection on the men’s basketball team.
Michael Burns

Michael Burns brings more than two decades of experience spanning venture capital, private equity, technology investing, and company building.
He has served as a Partner at Alara Capital, Core Advisor at Gauss Ventures, Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, and Managing Director at TL Ventures, focusing on investment strategy, portfolio development, and value creation across technology sectors.
Michael also brings significant operating expertise gained through leadership roles as a co-founder, seed investor, and senior executive at multiple successful technology companies, including Agere Systems, Ciclon Semiconductor, and Traffic.com.
Michael served in the United States Special Forces, including deployment in Afghanistan, where he developed leadership, decision-making, and operational planning skills under complex conditions. He earned degrees in Engineering and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
Felix Danciu

Felix Danciu brings more than two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private investments, and strategic advisory services.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elmcore Group and Elmcore Securities, Felix has advised business owners, investors, and management teams on complex transactions, capital formation initiatives, corporate restructurings, and strategic growth opportunities.
At Belcorp Holdings, Felix contributes expertise in transaction sourcing, due diligence, capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic execution. His ability to evaluate opportunities from both an operator’s and advisor’s perspective provides valuable insight as the firm evaluates investment opportunities and supports portfolio companies.
Felix earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University with degrees in Economics and Government.
Brian Malewicz
Partner & Portfolio Operations Advisor
Brian Malewicz brings more than 25 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, private equity, corporate finance, and operational leadership.
Brian currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Promotion Distributing and President of DBI Capital LLC. Prior to his current roles, Brian served as co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of LARK Industries, a residential design services company that grew more than 400% in four years, surpassing $120 million in annual revenue before being acquired by a private equity firm in 2014.
Earlier in his career, Brian founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Greenlink Networks and held multiple operating leadership roles at Traffic.com, a company he co-founded in 1997 that was acquired by NAVTEQ in a transaction valued at more than $180 million.
Brian’s investment experience includes serving on the original investment team at Kinsman Capital and as an Associate at Pacific Corporate Group. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance.
